C 130 D/B

The C130 is a powerful ride-on scrubbing machine, designed for cleaning large spaces in environments such as airports, railway stations, car parks, logistics centers and warehouses, as well as in industrial facilities and shopping centers. The functional design of the structure and its sturdy materials ensure reliability over time.

It can be provided in battery powered version (BS), Diesel or in the new Bi-Fuel version, gasoline-LPG.

It is equipped with a brush head made of 4 disc brushes, which pressure can be increased up to 180 Kg, and a cylindrical central brush,self-adjusting, that collects small solid debris into a debris hopper. The combined scrubbing and sweeping system ensures higher quality cleaning, because it is uniform for the entire 130 cm working width. The scrubbing brush head can extends out to the right, to reach the dirt that settles up against walls or underneath shelving.

All of the power of the C130 is concentrated in a 7 full-colour touch screen display, making it easy and intuitive to use. Through the touch screen display the operator can activate one of the available cleaning programs: ECO, for maintenance cleaning, STANDARD for moderately dirty surfaces and PLUS, to remove resistant and stubborn dirt.

PERFORMANCES

The dual vacuum motor ensures perfect drying in a single passage, with no marks or residue.

The brush head equipped with 4 disc brushes ensures outstanding cleaning performance, thanks to the adjustable pressure up to 180 Kg, and to the right–hand movement, that allows to reach the dirt that settles up against walls or underneath shelving.

The cylindrical central brush is self-adjusting and as such, it remains in constant contact with the floor regardless of the type of surface or degree of bristle wear.

COMFORT

Using C130 is so easy and intuitive, with just a knob and the new touch screen display

The working program selector enables the operator to manually select the type of activity to be carried out: scrubbing and drying, scrubbing and drying with the moving brush head, scrubbing only, or drying only.

The desired cleaning program is activated via the touch screen display: ECO, STANDARD and PLUS.

Each program uses a certain amount of water, detergent and pressure so you can choose the right one for the specific cleaning conditions.

RELIABILITY

The tanks are made from high density polyethylene, a solid, strong material for guaranteed reliability over time.

The large bumpers help to emphasize the imposing features of the machine, highlighting the robustness of the structure.

The brush motors are equipped with a control device which automatically regulates pressure, according to the type of floor being cleaned. When operating on very rough floors, the pressure exerted on the floor is adjusted to protect the motors.

These protect the machine and the surrounding environment during delicate manoeuvres, for example when cleaning along walls and shelving.

SAFETY

The driver’s seat is completely encircled by the machine body, in order to protect the operator. The overhead guard increases safety when operating in warehouse areas.

The hydraulic drum brakes ensure optimal braking action in all working conditions. The LED headights help alert the people around to the moving machine. The front headlights incorporate position and driving lights, the rear ones incorporate position, reverse and brake lights.

In an emergency, simply press the Emergency Stop to immediately halt forward movement and all other functions.

MAINTENANCE

A convenient footboard at the rear of the machine facilitates inspection of the tanks and the filtering systems.

In the Bi-Fuel version, a specific compartment has been created to house the LPG cylinder. The cylinder can be removed via a convenient stand that rotates towards the outside.

An automatic refilling system enables the fill level to be adjusted from a single point, thus eliminating downtimes and increasing safety (available upon request).

ENVIRONMENT

The ECO program is ideal for maintenance cleaning, since it reduces to a minimum supply of water, detergent and pressure.

CDS is the dosing system for managing water and detergent separately. It enables the operator to increase or reduce their flow according to the type of dirt, thus avoiding waste.

When the machine is temporarily idle, the Stop&Go system automatically stops the solution flow, halts the brushes and lifts off the floor the brush head, with no need for operator intervention. This serves to optimize consumption and reduce waste.

COMAC FLEET CARE

C130 can be arranged with the equipment needed for fleet management through Comac Fleet Care (CFC). Such system allows the remote control of machines status: if, when and where each machine is operating or if maintenance is needed, to let you promptly intervene avoiding machine downtimes and unexpected costs for extraordinary maintenance.
